I cannot accept returns due to customization of orders and sanitary reasons. I cannot resell items that have been used. Exchanges are only accepted as an exchange for another if made incorrectly by me and the item has not been used, or if the item is damaged on my behalf. In these cases, a replacement item or store credit will be issued. Return shipping fees are at customers expense.
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please understand that I ask this be done as soon as possible, it must be within 24 hours of placing your order or I cannot guarantee cancellation.
Current turn around time is 14-21 business days unless stated otherwise (preorders, etc). This does not include shipping time, once I have shipped the item(s) out USPS is in control. I am not liable for any damage to the product once in transit by USPS.
